Refund & Return Policy – Ghizer Organics

At Ghizer Organics, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in providing the highest quality dry fruits and organic products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
Note: Perishable or opened food items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ghizerorganics.com
- Attach photos or videos of the product and packaging for verification.
- Once confirmed, we will replace the item or issue a full refund (including shipping charges).
4. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they haven’t been shipped yet.
- Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used food items
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Items purchased during sale or clearance events
